route directions ?

This is the 21st Century, right? Call the shipper/consignee direct for directions. I know, I know, some consignees can't tell you how to get there, even though they drive there everyday. Just as "a mile" to one person is " 3 miles" to another person. Or a "Shell station" to one person is actually a "Texaco" station when you get there.
