It's a smaller, family owned trucking company, but expanding huge. The pay is great, the staff is very supportive, and there's an affordable lease to own with no money down, no balloon payments, and reasonable weeklies. Credit isn't an issue. I think the best part is the pay--definitely above the industry's average. They're out of East Dubuque, Illinois, and does Midwest Regional and OTR mostly to East/ SE/ S. RT&T is bidding against the big boys like Schneider and Warner and picking up new lanes all the time. Check em out!

Welcome to the forum. Enjoy your time here. Finally, thank you for taking the time to recruit and retain some good drivers. Two questions: Do you offer health insurance for your l/p ops and o/o's??

Hey, Laurie Ryder. Come out, come out wherever you are because I KNOW the real scoop. Former drivers know the truth: this littlefamily-fun business uses nasty tactics. Ex drivers say if they don't like you, they starve you out--put you at the end of the line for hauls. Ex-drivers--andthere are many-- know the real scoop. They say the "family" usesthreats like blackballing you on DAC, and other forms of intimidation andharassment to retaliate against you if the "family" doesn't like you.Take some personal time, medical leave, etc. and watch your halls shrink...oh,and don't dare file a complaint or legitimate lawsuit, although there are somany out there. That's why they've split their company into I think 7differently named businesses--they get sued so much, don't want the whole shipto sink. It's sad that all they think about is their fiefdom and don't feel fortheir own drivers and their families. Bunch of bullies!
