That's what it is called, it doesn't effect so be happy you didn't get fired.
and by the way, I know a few cities who would have cited you for damaging the tree. I got to pay for tree trimming from a 'burb outside of Chicago where my driver took out a large limb when directed by a cop to go down the street to detour from an accident, beside the damage to the trailer, the tree cost me $1400.

It may be described as an incident in the documents, when referring to an accident. But the forms can be called by any name. -
Sounds like any side street in Baton Rouge......they got some old droopers canopying and shading their streets.....
