Answer to 1st question: Yes I did quit KR, Got tired of there BS.
2nd Question: Yes I mean 100% legal. If it takes me 10hrs to go 400 miles then that is what is logged. Now the fact is, in a 65 mph truck. I average 62-63.5. I get in, sit down and drive. I don't BS around at truck stops. I drive for 200-250 miles. Take a short 15 min. break and do it again. Before you know it you have put in 600 miles. Takes about 9.5 hrs of driving with 2, 15 minute breaks. IMO if you can't do this then you have a problem.
3rd Question: They should do more drop/hooks. That is how it should be done. Martin dose allot of that because they realize that they don't make money if you are not moving.

I am going to Call BS on In a 65 MPH truck and average 62-63.5. You might and that's a big might do and average of 62 and that's if you started your day in rest area and not stop the whole day and go thru no city's none and the load is under 30,000 and no hills . I drove a 65 mph truck and never avg 62. But hey its your story tell it how you want to.

I agree , in 10.5hrs of nonstop driving a 15,000lb UPS load from Auburn Wa to Redding CA mostly over night. I averaged 52mph and I kept the speed at or above 60mph most of the time.

no longer rumor. it's fact. the truck i'm currently assigned to is having the electronic anti-money making device installed.

Sorry to hear that. But it does make the fact that they fired me before all the stupid stuff happened sting just a little less! Have fun playing their stupid little games and not turning any miles AND not getting home.
I'm still looking for that local job, I have a temp. to hour gig right now that is 55-60 hrs a week, home every nite. We will see how that pans out. Honestly, I'm a little leery, but that maybe my paranoia acting up again. -
i have applications out all over the valley. hopefully something pans out. i've enjoyed my less than stellar compliance average.

If I recall correctly, at one point, you were at 27%? How much lower did you get?

single digits. looks like they're hitting the trucks of the drivers who push the boundaries, first. all of us in the shop's line were the ones whose names are always highlighted on the terminal's log score sheet.

So what you are saying is: you been a bad boy and now they are gonna punish you by starving you right out of a job!
