Anyone who drives for Star Transportation can expect the ride of their life...wasn't too bad the first year, then Covenant bought them out. Since then, 700 miles a week is good, if you like picturesque truck stops or rest stops for your three to five days layovers that you will not be paid for, that is even better, and a dispatcher that will not call you or quallcom for a full day after you call them, this is where you want to be...Am a good safety concious driver, with no moving violations, or DOT violations, and goopd DAC. Want to work regional southeast. All I want is a reasonable company that will give me reasonable miles, decent pay that I actually will get, and a live body in dispatch. Am I asking too much for current trends? Anyone out there know a decent company?![]()

I guess I really was trying to be a loyal company driver and quote"give us time to work out the issues under this new system", plus I had heard that frivers that jump between a lot of companies become a lot less desirable by good companies to hire...
