recently had this happen with a consignee, told them I would run out of hours in 45 minutes, they had to get me unloaded in 30 minutes, they refused delivery. Came back next morning, they unloaded me in 20 minutes????? and had me on my way. We charged them an extra stop fee and a yard pull fee since they screwed us over.
Running out of hrs at shippers-doesnt seem to be any solution

Well seems to me if they have a staging area for you sit a few hours until your placed at a door
they have a place for you to take a 10. First thing is you don't ask them if can take a ten. Just drive back to that staging area and take one.Wingnut1, Trucail and TRKRSHONEY Thank this. -
LandShark has a point, if you don't tell them, I really don't think most of them pay attention to whose sitting there. They just assume you're waiting for a door and keep on their merry way. I have done that.
TRKRSHONEY Thanks this. -
oooooo,i hope you are not serios, leave the company why, because they are trying to help him,not to stay there forever? If you can remove the fuse f##k it,remove it,get loaded and let's roll, youare at work not vacation.
fisher guy Thanks this. -
You might be cool with a "big brother" system, but personally, I'm not. Too many sheep in this world.... -

What's with all this "big brother" crap I see everywhere? If you are all so paranoid about "big brother", why are you even on the internet in the first place? Better yet, why do you even have a job?
TRKRSHONEY, Reroll and Trucail Thank this. -

I thought you can legally drive up to 30 minutes past your 11 to find safe haven. So what is the problem?
