Yeah, I watched it. No belt pulling on it. The outside pulley is rolling free. The clutch doesn't even try to engage. I think the pump is shot.

Nope, not luck, I SEEK OUT cheap fuel. Before I rolled out, I knew where the cheapest fuel stops were all along my route. While I would love to fuel at Pilot/FJ, Loves, and TA for the points, showers, and .05 rebate, I consistently find much cheaper fuel here in the SouthEast at Hess, or smaller mom-pop stops. Cheap enough that I still get savings beyond what the rebate would give me. I'll pay for a shower if I need to. Of course, I NEVER fuel in GA, and did everything I could to not fuel in the NE. Had to get a few gallons in PA to get me to VA, but I go buck-wild on fuel at the super-cheap Hess's in SC. .12/gal savings a couple days ago, .08/gal savings today.

Even though the pulley is still free spinning it don't mean it's not catching under power. I've seen a/c pumps be fine at idle but under power and rpm they lock up just a little and cause the belt to slid instead of rotate.

    Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

Well I pulled up outside of my customer at 6.8 for the trip, not great but at 79780 and a head wind most of the trip I will not complain. I unload at 07:00 then bounce up to Colton WCC for my load to Ochelata. Hope it works out better than last time. I live load and live unload every where I go. 2 weeks ago I got there at 1500 for my 1600 load and at 0230 was told to leave, my load had been canceled lol. Oh well! If all works out, I will deliver in Ochelata on Sunday then park my truck and trailer in Sapulpa and rent a car for half the week. Run up to the house to spend 2 days with the wife ( will be out of hours anyways) then be back in Oklahoma wednesday for the Oklahoma trucking association awards banquet where I and 7 fellow JCT drivers will be awarded for our million miles.

Nope, 95 to ext 150. 401 to 151 to 601. Easy shot. Back roads but all in good condition.

    Good job Terry.

For the cheapskates like me constantly looking for a deal, I plugged Scanguage D into the old eBay search and it pulled a couple listings. I just looked at prices but the cheapest was $160 w/ free shipping.
