Wasnt aware that it was a day one issue. I'm in agreement with you there. They shouldnt be sending you out to run and pay for a truck thats broke from the start. Just like my egr cooler issue and ac. They did fix it after a month of whining though, Ill give em that. Have you talked to Delbert directly? Or Keith?
(Keith was the one who really got the shop to stop playing games with me)

Ok. Maybe someone can explain this to me. I keep hearing to fuel at Loves because once you get to a certain level, you get another four cents off per gallon. However, I can't find that anywhere in the rewards program details. Why would I fuel at Loves for say $3.92 a gallons when I can go down the road and get it for $3.75 from a Sunmart truck stop.
Also, I don't really care about the points and having no problem paying for a shower.Jarhed1964 Thanks this. -
Well I am here in Sapulpa. Got in line for the shop to fix my fuel gauge and possibly oil pressure gauge as well. So it looks like I will be sitting here for a while.

Basically you're saving $0.09/gallon of of cask price. -

I fuel at loves enough to get to diamond level. Other than that I go for the lowest price I can find.

Fortunately, I'm rarely in their territory.
On another note, there's a little mom & pop called N T S (National Truck Stop) on I-10 in New Mexico east of Las Cruces (I think it's exit 155, but don't quote me). It's not in my GPS, but there's a SunCo on the same exit. NTS regularly has the best fuel price in a 500+ mile radius (and a solid cb shop to boot), so that's on my "must fuel" list. -
How can you justify saying you are saving 9¢ off the cash price when you are not. You still pay the cash price and JCT gives back to you 5¢ a gallon. It don't matter how many points per gallon you get, you are still only saving an additional 5¢ per gallon by using JCT's fuel network.
Points don't translate into saving money on fuel because you can't you them to purchase fuel.
