I believe the unlimited showers and refills start at platinum and I'm with you on the added value of that alone.

I-10 is lovely for fuel economy. That said, I'm sitting on 8.6 mpg off of I-40 (granted I only had about 8k in the box). :p

You're right, it's platinum for unlimited goodies.

I'm thinking about maintaining platinum at Love's, then hammering mom & pops that are .10 less or more between Love's stops. Seems to be the best value, and cheap mom & pops are pretty easy to find with the EFS tool (especially along the I-10 corridor).

Nice. Picked up a dog of a trailer here at Tyson in Seguin TX. Trailer lights dont want to stay on, no matter how tight I bend the pins around, reefer wont run continous at 26deg which is called for. Tyson loaded it that way though, their problem. Breakdown said they locked it out, something they do regularly. No control panel backlighting. ABS light comes on when braking. What a serious POS. Apparently this was a Phx AZ local only trailer at some point. Still see the ghost lettering to that effect. Of course, no aero.

So, I will be running to Petro and TK tomorrow to get this dog un****ed, then hopefully heading to El Monte CA. Sitting outside the gate of Tyson now waiting for daylight. Not pulling an unlighted trailer 10 miles down the road for repair in the dark.

Oh, forgot to add that this is a rail trailer even though there is no R in front of the number. It had the double latched doors and a 75 gallon tank.
