It's always fun just to sit back and listen some of the truck driver fish stories. Heard one about how a driver got to slap a DOT officer in the back of the head.

My week just keeps getting better. 21 hours at first stop. Crap traffic on the way to second stop. 4 hours to load 7 pallets. 90 miles of crap traffic. Now im waiting on a repower. My 1700 mile four stopper turned into a two day 500 mile nightmare.

If you ever go to blackstone farms in bakersfield take a good book. Something long. WarandPeace, Encyclopedia Britanica, The Bible.

Between moving my fifth wheel one hole forward and increaseing tire pressure to 110 on the steers and 115 on the drives (Kevin Rutherford suggestion); I managed to increase my mpg by two tenths.

What were setting your PSI at before? Do you have disks or super singles?

Why so low? JCT preaches 110 on the steers and 115 on the drives.
I run mine at 110 and 120 which is the manufacturer's max cold setting.

The last set of steers I had lasted me 212,000. I don't know what my drives would have gotten as I tagged the truck, but I had 285,000 on them with over 16/32 on all the drives.
