Last time I picked up from there, they were 27 hrs behind. Seems like JBS is always behind.

Been a stressful day. Yesterday the shop had my trailer right to the minute of my drop dead time to roll. Then last night my stopping point was full so I had to do my 30. Plan was to shut down before my 8 and basically get that 30 as a cushion today. Construction backup on I71 forced me to use my knowledge of KY back roads. Then my exit to the receiver was closed. Again lucky this is my stomping grounds. Made it to the gate with 32 minutes to spare. Not the way I wanted to spend my friday!

Saw Traf rolling west through Indiana. That truck tends to stick out.

I dropped Mike off at his recovery truck today, a 2010 Cascadia that they're going to be decommissioning in 2 months.

It has a slew of problems that need fixed, but if it had an APU I'd rather drive that one than this '14 Evo.

The Colton yard is actually pretty nice. I'm surprised the drivers that grumble about paying to park at TA don't just run down the street to the drop yard. The driver's lounge is better than most truck stops.

JCT management doesn't want us hanging out at the yard anymore. The reason is simple: a few dumb *ss drivers ruined it for everyone else. There is video of our OTR drivers dumping trash on the ground. When JCT called that driver and told him to pick up his trash, he denied it, even after he was told that they have video of him doing it. other instances of finding trash and piss bottles. The final straw was last week when they found a bag of crap thrown in the ground. There are trash cans everywhere on that yard. No excuses.
