Kinda funny how much attention Brad James is getting now. Ran across his page on Facebook about 2 weeks ago then the other day he gets an article on The Blaze and now his video is put on here. LMAO

But Bama ain't the only one sitting around. Did 17 hrs in Greeley and now I'm sitting in Grand Island waiting on yet another JBS load. This one has a ddt of 2300 tonight. Oh joy but can't complain to much since I still had a decent settlement this past week and sat for 3 days cause of hours and Walmart. LoL

 

Macho as far as I know it is the only lease you can get now. They used to have a fixed payment lease but most if not everyone has been converted to the variable now.

 

Sitting... HA! I dropped in Denver Monday morning, been relaying and swapping since. Now I'm finally getting extra rest at a receiver. If I scan what I have in the truck today I'll have over 5k miles on my next settlement. Have 3.8k in already.

 

The problem is He didn't ask about Keith!!!! He asked about Bama..... Only way to make it here is to do swaps/relays.... If you have to hit the docks on the both ends it usually cost you at least one day if not 3.....

 

Nice. I have over 4k turned for next weeks paycheck.

 

LoL would be ok to keep running like that but I have been running recap for the last 3 or 4 weeks so I haven't been lucky enough to get that many miles. Have a good run with hours and then get a shipper or receiver that screws things up and have to bust ### cause I'm in area that we can't get a swap set up (NY). Miss appointment by 2 hrs due to running out of hours and have to sit for 30 hrs to get next available appointment. If I would have gotten a better answer from planners/dispatch I would have sat and gotten a restart. LoL but no they say run and we should be able to get a new appointment for Mon. hour later they sendva message saying sorry tues @ 0430 is best we can get. Wanted to blow my top cause that would have gotten my reset. Been having same situations for the past 2 weeks very regular.

 

I know what you mean about trying to get a restart. I was close to getting a restart a week ago when they scheduled my appt. for about two hours before getting a restart. Kept hauling ### and finally ran out of hours in Ft. Worth. Told them I am doing a restart here and I get a message back saying he will set my avaiable for 1800 same day. I had to tell him again that I am doing a restart. I will be available Friday at 0500.

 

Its settled. Im holding these last two trips and will drop them in sapulpa. Ginny hooked me up to get back and get my apu installed. I need the rest and get my laundry washed before it attacks me in my sleep. Lol

 

Guess you have a 12 or a 10. Hopefully you ain't getting one of those clunker dynosys apus.
