First shop experience in Sapulpa. Short take is I was impressed. Probably one of the busiest, and more fast paced shops I've been to as far as a company shop but they were taking care of everything like they really understood the down-time aspect. They had a "hustle" about them but it wasn't the "hustle" that I've seen other company shops that left me feeling like they'd half-arsed it and just jammed it through the system. I did not know that the Freightliner side was an actual Freightliner dealership shop with Freightliner techs and can do anything any Freightliner dealership shop can and do it under warranty - cause it's actually a Freightliner shop. Good part is it's only $85/hr for the labor rate and even my hometown dealership that cuts me a little slack is $105/hr. Granted I'm gonna have a couple days cause there's a coolant leak in/at the EGR (which is where I figured it was. Pretty much eliminated the other places myself out on the road), but no longer than I would be at a dealership, and actually; as busy as they were it's not bad at all. Another thing that impressed me was JCT gave me options to be able to keep generating income while it was in the shop. I could go recover a truck for them or grab a rental truck and keep moving til my truck was fixed. Everywhere else it was: "get a hotel and we'll call you when it's ready - too bad about the lost income." Not JCT. I had that option OR two different ones that I could take to not have to take down time on the chin revenue-wise. Liking these folks more and more as we go.

Wifeofdz Thanks this. -
Oh wow that is great to know that they help you get back on the road while the truck is being worked on. That way your not sitting around to take down time i will pass this along to hubby he'll like to know this thanks for sharing this -
question about jct. do they use navigation thru qualcomm or do you need your own navigation. also what do the letters a,b, c mean behind the truck numbers and what kind are trucks are they gining out now? thanks guys and be safe
-
No nav on Qualcomm. You do that yourself.
The letters at the end of the truck number is how many drivers have had that truck. No letter is first person. A is second, B is third and so on.
