And that would be dandy if it were an option. When they're forced down our throats, those words ring hollow.

Truth of the matter is, e-logs cripple our productivity. Earlier today, Mike had to log 8 minutes of driving time to travel 5 miles which interrupted his reset, since we can't go OD w/ a trailer attached. No huge deal since we're a team, but it'd have been a major hassle if he had been solo.

That never would have been an issue with paper logs, because they only required city/state for location, not freakin' GPS coordinates.

Going to take me some time to figure out these elogs, so just decided to stay at the Love's in Jeffersonville, Ohio for my delivery tomorrow morning at 5am at the Walmart DC in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Should be interesting to see how long it takes to get unloaded, get preplan, find a trailer washout, then get loaded again. I have a feeling not going to be doing lot of driving tomorrow with all the unloading and reloading somewhere else.

Not all that happy with this old truck I got, getting about 6.3 mpg running from Sapulpa to Ohio with only 24k in the box running at 63 mph. Hopefully will be able to get a newer truck soon.

You got a 2012 Freightshaker right? Kind of surprised by that MPG. My 2012 with Central rarely got under 6.5. Either way hope it gets better for you since that equates to more cash in your pocket.

I wrapped up with my current company today. Guess I didn't jump the gun after all. Been watching orientation videos today and filling out the digital paperwork. Going to try and sell some furniture and electronics the next few days. I'll be driving over to Sapulpa on Saturday. Anyone attending orientation next Monday?

I bobtailed from Sapulpa to Oklahoma City to pick up a load of cheese going to Dallas, Tx. Gave another driver from orientation a ride to Fort Worth yard to pick up a 2013 KW. Delivered the cheese this morning at Roma, got the trailer washed out and now sitting at the J waiting for my next load. If I don't get something soon, I might ask to go ahead a dead down to my house to get my stuff and disregard the macro15 I put in.

I averaged 7.6mpg on the trip down here. The apu's on these trucks....do they only start when needed? Also got a chance to met Soulman at the drop yard in OK. City. Some dummy left their enforcer lock on the trailer he picked up.

The TriPacs do (until the engine burns out, like mine did the 2nd time I used it).

    Dunno about the other brands.

Hang in there diabello, my 12' is in the mid 6 range so far but when I get into the zone it jumps into the 8's. I grossed 78k coming out of indiana and nailed two straight days of 8.2.

Well so much for a fast start, got empty at Walmart DC this morning and got no preplan for 3 hrs. Finally got the preplan to pickup tomorrow at 9pm at Dannon in Englewood, OH at 9 am only 56 miles away for a delivery at Publix DC in Jacksonville on Sunday morning, so I get to sit for 25 hrs at the truckstop. Went to try get washout and wait was 3 hrs so said heck no to that.

Hopefully I can swap this load or deliver early because will be in Jacksonville Saturday afternoon. Was hoping to get good miles while didn't have a truck payment, but so far lot of extra time

Having trouble with the qualcomm, it keeps shutting off and sometimes will turn back on if turn the key, but then sometimes that doesn't work and won't turn on for 30 mins of so and goes through whole process of rebooting. It is still keeping the proper HOS though. Shop didn't know what was wrong with it.

I cant stop washing my hands. They were covered in Barbara's blood. I was holding her hand and telling her and Iris stupid jokes to keep them alert. Her other arm was missing. I couldnt see her face because everything was caved in around her. Iris was buried deep in the mess. Could just hear her laughing at me. Its gonna take a while to get this out of my head.

Losing coolant again. Told them I was done with the Sapulpa shop for this issue. It will be going to FL when I go home and they will be paying for it since they did warrantee the problem.

In Barstoe CA now. 4am delivery in Union City.
