They say its $12 in a truckstop but I've never been charged more than $6

I have. I put the trip pak envelope in the black mail box (the one right in front of Jack's window) at the yard. I was charged $12 to practically hand deliver the envelope to them. Never doing that again.

Oh, I was referring to Transflo scanning, not dropping it in a trip pak box

I realize that. I was giving a heads up to the black mail box at the yard. Even though you can put your envelope in there, they will charge you $12. All that happens is that they scan it in instead of you.

Ok gonna vent a bit... a few days after I got in the truck I put in for home time in late June for 7-27 through 7-30. I live in va yet it's the 30th and I'm still only as close as tx and I just got a preplan going back to cali. If I can't even get them to get me home so I can get the rest of my stuff and stop living on bare essentials how can i trust them to get me home on time in Sept for my wedding. Not wanting to leave or anything but this is very very fustrating. Why the hell would they wait till late last week to even try meandering me back east.

    Today's the 29th. ;)

Can't help with the rest. I live north of Houston, Tx. Hometime is easy for me.

I denied the load. They said they could have gotten me somthing going to the east coast after that one and I asked why I wasn't given an east coaster when I was in cali last week.

That is a good question. As long they had the required 7-10 days notice, they should have known. I always put my request in about 3 weeks ahead of time just to be sure. Hell, I spent a week and half up in that area (Norfolk, Baltimore, NJ, MD) not to long ago and I hate that area. Hell, the load that took me to Norfolk I picked up in San Antonio, Tx
