Call Keith! If you can get him to answer the phone, tell him you really need to pick it up a bit to take advantage of the no payment. You will only spend about two weeks on his board, then you'll get run hard and put away wet (not a reference to Northern Lights post about his 2nd seat).

Delivered in Union City, CA at 4am, then ran down to Salinas for a 00:00 to 00:00 produce pickup going to Terrell TX for 3/11. After I checked in and was told that the appt time was actually 15:00, I get a QC message from planner that appt time is 15:00 AFTER I tried to check in. Nothing like waiting til the last minute! HA! Cant do that time anyway, out of hours til 18:00.

I won't even let my mama make me late for a load. She'd have been left behind, too.

I take my responsibilities seriously, and anybody else on my truck better do the same.

KeithT1967, drloveofdfw and Jarhed1964 Thank this.

When I called Keith and finally got a hold of him, I asked about sitting for 25 hrs waiting for load and then all the extra time on this current load. HIS response was we can route you back to Sapulpa if you want. That was not the answer was looking for, no need to talk to him anymore I guess.

    Wow!

I'm hoping he meant to say that there were many loads on the yard that needed pulled? I had trouble myself trying to decode his messages. All good now. Chad definitely wants to run me hard. All I need is for Delbert to pay for FL to finally fix this EGR issue, especially since it was a pre-existing condition. I don't wanna pay for a truck issue that was already there, and I need something reliable to run like a scalded dog.

Same concern I have for my DPF issue. They kept me running until I finally put my foot down and said I can't afford not to fix it because it's killing me on fuel economy. Hoping they're stand-up guys about it and cover the cost since it was an issue before I got it.

It meant I could bring the truck back and go home if don't like the way things are going.

Anyways, qualcomm doesn't work when truck is turned off so won't get a message even if they have a swap for me. Some kind of battery issue with it and needs fixed. Hopefully will call me if don't answer.

When I met Keith at the yard he gave me his spill about some drivers tell him that they are never late and blah blah blah. He asked me what my story is and I told him straight up that I get the load from point a to point b in a safe and timely manner and if something happens that threatens that; I will be on the Qualcomm and phone letting you or someone know what is going on. He then asked me when I wanted to go home to get my stuff and I told him to run me hard and I will send you a Mac15 because I wanted to take advantage of the no truck payment. I got my Mac15 in for the 19th.

Ouch. Not very professional, in my opinion. But look at it this way, you'll be on his board for two weeks at most. The QC always powers down when the truck is off. That's one of the problems with these ancient mcp100's. Change the timeout to 20 minutes or so and it will stay on longer.

He's saying it's shutting down immediately w/ no power from the truck. That's definitely a battery issue.

You can run a test on your battery in the diagnostics/settings area (not in my truck so I can't pinpoint the screen).
