I wonder how many of us drivers are like screw this I'll fill anywhere but pfj. I know every driver I've talked to was pissed about this.

Why would we? Like I said in earlier post; 12 cents a gallon on my fuel card is not a discount on the fuel. I now consider this a company with no fuel discount for the drivers. The new program is of an attempted bribe to use PFJ.

We can rant and rave about what we don't like and so on... It's ok to vent.. However, every driving job will have its ups and downs.. It's in the individual perspective on what you'll tolerate.. As for me as long as my bills are paid I'm thankful and greatful!!! That's my perspective...

Actually I don't look at this as a job I look at it as a business. As a business owner I want to squeeze every penny I can out. I get their reasons but I also have my own needs. I know that pfj runs mostly 20% bio and that causes a drop in my mpg. So with the less discount and the lower mpg it does not make business sense. Loves runs average 5% bio and I get better mpg plus I get 14 points per gallon it just makes sense.

Sorry to say but this is the kind of attitude that essentially lets companies like Jct screw over business owners... you have a company driver mindset not a business owner mindset... Frankly JCT how to get the book thrown at them for this.. if you want to be a company driver that you gotta go be a company driver somewhere because like I said with a mindset like that that's not business owner mentality

I'm curious if that 0.12 cash back has to be reported as income, or if we can write if off along with the cost of fuel. Nothing on paper says it's a fuel rebate, so I want to know if it'll throw a red flag during an audit.
