Anyone deliver to Pacific Coast Container in Oakland, CA? I have an 0400 delivery time, but I don't even know if they will be open yet. I keep getting their after hours voice mail. Oakland isn't exactly the kind of place you want to hang out at while waiting for a customer to open up.

 

If it is the place I'm thinking of they put you in the middle of the street to wait your turn to be unloaded.

 

Yes it is that place. I'm currently parked in the turn lane in the center of the road. I think some guys here are doing a reset because they are complaining about the wait for a door on the CB.

 

I had a 6 am appointment there and didn't leave until 530 pm. Hopefully you have a better result. More than likely whatever meat you have is going to Japan. LoL

 

Is it that one that is real tight and has like 13' 6" bridge right at the place? If yes that place tookr me 12 hours as well.

 

Yeah it's a little tight in the yard. If it's the same one any ways. LoL it's right down the street from the rail yard as well.

 

Yeah its tight and made worse by the fact the yard dog is tossing empty containers in the only real turn around spot. I got a door now. I guess they took pity on me and let me deliver without having to do a reset first.
