Running with JCT, Part Deux

I'm wondering about DK he said he didn't even get enough for the bonus

That technically could violate classification rules...of they want to control where you drive then technically that would make you some sort of employee

 

That b.s. about meat loads on 80 is just that, TOTAL B.S.. There is only one road we're not allowed on and that's 90.

70 west of Denver is a seasonal thing.

If JCT wants you to take an alternate route, then they:
1. Communicate that clearly to the driver at the time the load is offered.
2. Explain why the alternate route. (Swap, weather, customer requests, etc.)
3. Pay the additional miles to go that particular way.

 

They did the 3rd but I was passed about 1 and 2. I was really pissed when I was told its always been a rule. Steel you have been here awhile have you ever heard that?
