Running with JCT, Part Deux

Ended this trip with 7.76 mpg. Can't complain about that. Next trip should be close to 9.0 based on previous history.

 

Still had about 6000 miles left before PM was due.

Sitting at the Pilot at Lake Havasu, Az.

 

Sitting at the TA in Sweetwater, TX. Had a close one and only made it with 1 minute left on my 70. Get 11 hrs back tomorrow and got delivery in Dallas at noon.

Is it best to get to east side of Dallas near Mesquite by taking 20 or 30?

 

I would take the 20 all the way across to the 635. The 30 will take you through downtown Dallas.

 

Depends on time of day. Daytime,I would take 20. Nighttime, it MAY be ok to take 30. Roll of the dice

 

I was just through there the other day, and my vote would be to stay on 20. 30 is an absolute nightmare.

 

I will just stay on the 20 then. I figured it would be better especially at about 1030 am.

 

Wise choice. Lol

 

Bored and can't leave until tomorrow morning. So, eating ice cream and watching season 1 if JAG.

 

Macho - same here, out of hours, just catching up on some tv and using a crap load of data.
