Running with JCT, Part Deux

Mine just quit this morning the fan works but a/c won't come on

 

Do you still have electrical power? If not, then it's possible the main belt broke. If you barely have power (I knew when the light on my microwave barely came on) then it's possible the main belt is too loose. If that belt isn't tight, then the a/c won't work and the generator can't provide power.

 

Yep it's junk. Mines only worked about 10 nights in the last 3 months. Been in the shop 4 times over that period. Junk.

 

Mines been good since the main belt was properly installed and the water pump replaced. I've put almost 3k hours is those were done.

My only complaint is when it's really hot and the when the reefer is running, I have to disconnect from the trailer for the a/c to blow cold air.

 

Mines the opposite. Condenser fan kicks on outside but fan inside will not.

The plug with the breaker has no power but the plug under the bunk still works. Same thing happened a couple months ago and they replaced the ccu board under the bunk and it worked great then started failing again.

 

The box under my bunk makes a sound like it wants to come on then it stops

 

If you can, have W & B in Ft Worth (next to our yard) or in OKC (next to Petro) look at it. Those are the two shops mine was fixed at and they do good work.

I called the carrier shop in SC here and they told me straight up they arent going to even look at it. Guess im going to idle away lol.

 

Looks like I'm gonna be at Tyson in Center Tx all night waiting and waiting lol
