There's only 1 reason JCT would force a swap: Can't make OTD

Every other time they ask for a swap, you have to agree to it. They CANNOT FORCE YOU. Lots of time it's to get a driver home so I would hope everyone is a team player for that, cuz when it's your turn to rely on a swap to get home on time, you'll want another driver to repay that favor, albeit indirectly.

I can never get a swap for my home time. Usually have to go back out to Cali and grab a load going to DFW or drop it at the Ft. Worth yard. I can't usually get a swap when I know for a fact that I'm not good for OTD. And that is also very annoying. I help all the time with swaps for OTD and to get drivers home, but I can never get one. It's like the swap board suddenly goes empty whenever I need one.

Nothing irritates me more than getting a call to swap cuz a driver needs to go home and when I met that driver it's not for home time but some B.S. excuse like they don't like to go to that particular area.
I call JCT up and tell them the swap is off and that driver and DM both go on my "never do a favor for again" list.

I haven't had that happen. But, there are times where I am tempted to say no to the swap, but then I kinda feel like an ### for not helping to get the driver home or making OTD on load that was in danger of being late. Swapping loads don't really mess with my miles too much as 95% of the time I get really good loads on the back end of the swap.

Talking about all these swaps. East coast north of FL isn't the easiest place for a Jct driver too. When I put in for home time it's a swapalot week coming for sure. Lol
