Booked up again! After this week I'm booked to get to Phoenix AZ by Sunday next week. Perfect! Need put the truck in the shop for a regular PM (Freightliner dealer in Chandler AZ I like to use) Also have to replace my rear shocks..then heading home from there.

Currently in Oklahoma heading to Fort Worth area then out to Amarillo TX and back over to Oklahoma.

After that, going to Arkansas then Missouri back to Oklahoma then Arkansas again then Phoenix..Whew! Forgot how much I like running out here..Low traffic, open roads, easy money! Can't beat it..:D

Hey there fellow IC. I've been doing the choice board for 3 months now. I gotta say the rates suck and can't believe the .50 cpm on a lot of the loads. Iam becoming unhappy with the cancelations of the good paying loads which makes me choose the cheaper loads just to keep me up with my line up of other pickups. what lanes have you been seeing that seem consistent? If you dnt mind giving a hand.

Doesn't really matter where you live...

What matters is are you willing to run where the money is?...

    Roll on...

Hey Atruckr! I find your forum very useful and would like to ask you some questions. I hope you don't mind. I live in Northern California and have been working for Schneider for almost a year. I'm thinking about buying a 70 grand truck from its inventory and start working as an o/o for them. My questions are: 1. How much are the expenses of the truck per month? 2. What are those expenses? 3. If I'm thinking about running hard for 11 days and 3 days off, on average, how much would my net pay be per month? 4. Is saving gas by keeping 55-60 mph more economical or driving within the speed limit to get more assignments? 5. How difficult is it to work with a choice plan? 6. How difficult is it to manage everything related to the truck as an o/o? Those are the questions I can think of as far as now. I would also appreciate any other information or advice from you. I'm sorry if I bothered you with so many questions, but I'm sure you understand that this is a big step for me, so I want to get as much information as possible from a professional like you. Thank you for taking your time reading this.
