Safe for Attractive Women?

Trucker looks like a Trucker to me. You get out of the Drivers side, or not. Watch yourself, you will be as safe as a Male trucker. We pretty much watch our own. Pepper spray don't hurt, You. I was checking my tires, once. I got mace in my eyes from a paranoid driver. Made me 4 hours late.

 

I never had those issues when I was out there, and there weren't as many female drivers out there compared to now. MOST of the drivers I dealt with looked out for me like I was their sister/mother/daughter, and didn't put up with "punks" starting trouble.

I don't know where some of y'all hang out, but you need to find better places to hang.

And yes, that pic in my avatar is me, back in those days . . .

I do have an attitude that says "go ahead punk, make my day" and I did grow up as the only girl in the family, so I am better at defending myself than some others.

I feel your pain.I am one of the greatest looking,most sexy,hunk of a MAN trucker ever to drive a truck.I for the life of me just can't walk across the parking lot without everyone chasing me down.I have Hot Sexy Woman honking there horns and actually chasing me down.It has been so very tough on me that i entered councling.

I even have Gay Truckers looking at my NY Booty and waving to me,for christ sakes.Even the drivers dogs love me and want to hang out with me....

When i am done fighting through the parking lot i get into the Petro and all hell breaks loose.The fine looking sexy waitresses say to me,''Wow Mr,You are not a trucker''..I say,yes maam,i am a trucker.Then they say,booooyyyyyy you are the finest looking truck driver i have ever laid eyes on..

Then the waitresses tell me next time your in town SUGAR you give BIG MAMA a call and i will certainlly jump up in Big Daddy's Rig.Then she gives me her phone number.By the time i leave the truck stop i have 13 phone numbers,dogs chasing me across the parking lot,Men dressed in woman's panties and hi-heels and Gay Men with flip flops on chasing me to my truck...

I feel your pain dear.It has been one hell of a life being the Hottest Sexiest Trucker in the Country..Best of luck to you..

 

I would say the biggest hassle for female drivers is the sexist loudmouths on the CB, or the occasional one you'll meet at the truckstop, shipper, receiver, etc. Most drivers out here at least show women the same respect and courtesy they do their brother drivers, some more. It's not many that show less, but they do seem to get the most attention. Just use your head and you'll be fine. At the same time, don't get freaked out and try to have male drivers arrested just because they smiled, nodded at you, winked, stared a bit, whatever. Remember, we're out here for a good long while, we get pretty lonely, so it's nice to see a pretty face to remind us what we got back home (or in the DVD player, I'm not judging.)

I have the exact OPPOSITE problem than you do. Part of it is being in less than good physical condition, part of it is genetic physical appearance.

I have to work EXTREMELY HARD at being as decent a person as possible to compensate for my lack of physical attractiveness, especially with ladies.

I do NOT envy your position, however, you would NOT want to be in my position either.

Somewhere in the middle would be the best position.

trust me, i have seen pics...she is a cutie....but she doesnt have anything to worry about, cuz she can take care of herself....

 

I look in the mirror. I love the way I look. I'm an old trucker with sunglasses. a cowboy hat, & I'm from Texas. The beard don't hurt either. If I am ever in danger, I ask for Security to escort me to my truck.
