    It isn't showing belting, it isn't in the tread line and it didn't compromised side wall integrity.

    There is only one reason to replace the tire, if it was a retread.

    Otherwise run it and watch it.

    It'll start to wear around that little divet anyway. Then go out of balance. I'd run with it until the balance makes the ride miserable.

    Well, I'D run it, but a DOT inspector may not see it that way. Make sure it's pointed down at an inspection,,:biggrin_25523:

    being it's a steer i would take it off an save it for a trailer tire
