Have you been able to observe employees who are going through the program? If so, does it seem like a worthwhile means to get into a trucking job? Among dock workers, do have any sense as to the company culture? Is it decent morale, good training, emphasis on safety?

No I haven't met anyone who has gone through the program, I am at a small terminal, as far as the dock workers, most seem upbeat at mine and other terminals I go to, they actually do alright too, alot of them are full time, are in the $20s hr range for pay and get benefits.

You mean to tell me you had a support MOS like myself, your not a scout sniper, force recon or a MARSOC Marine like all the others on the interweb lol.

On a serious note though if you are interested, I would just fill out a app with them and see what happens, you have sufficient experience for the dock from Cintas, but be prepared, I think they do have a felony question on their app just so you know, not judging just heads up.

Any others questions feel free to ask and I will answer them if I know, I work nights so usually I check in here during day time every other couple of days.
