Anybody have any current info on what the Houston Terminal is like? I've heard things like how the cams are handled can vary greatly on the location, and the terminal manager. Any replies or PM's are appreciated.

They fire regularly it seems.
Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this. -
We have weird/strict rules at our company as well. But, the only way your getting in trouble is if your not following the rules. Period. Companies can't afford to stay in business if they are always firing people. Even a company as big as Saia. I think too often what you don't hear, and what too often is at the heart of the issue, is the individuals getting axed just couldn't follow company policy. Period.
You can bring up any policy you want and I promise you I can tell you where individuals are pushing the issue. I've seen it for too many years doing this.McUzi, LPjunior1970 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
HOWEVER, while they don't pay top tier in LTL, they pay very fair, and far above most OTR setups, and their compensation more than adequately offsets you needing to adapt to their structure.502nd and FlaSwampRat Thank this.
