We like the way the payments work. We don't hv a fixed payment to worry about. If we take a week off we don't go in the hole. It works for us. Maybe it wouldn't for you, but it does for us.

 

We used our own doctor, but he is DOT certified.

 

I had to find a doctor for my dot last month, my Dr didn't sign up and pay the fees to do dots anymore

 

I think MOGLAR might be an ex employee they fired just saying. Any you sammons drivers can tell me how long is their orientation from start to the day you get a truck!!

thx i know they are O/O and L/O but i am sure they have some kind of orientation to inform you on their policies and such even the local guy i use to work for had a hour orientation or close to one to show me his paperwork and how he wanted things done even tho he only had 3 trucks. i dont think they would just put their name on a truck and say go with no instructions.

 

It was three days, but when I was thinking there last month the new guys were saying two days. I had my truck on the second day, and I was the last of the four of us to get our trucks

I looked around because while the oil field is not dead it is seriously wounded and work had fallen off, more than a little.

I decided on Sammons despite my hesitation because of being fooled by another company that says they do LP, I will not name nor belittle them here.

I started August 19 2015, at the end of October 2015 the truck is 18% paid off despite having a few problems, I knowingly bought a used truck either you can figure that out or I recommend you never try to start your own business, of any kind.

I live in SW North Dakota and have been home 4 times as of November 9 2015. Twice for a full reset or longer and twice just overnight with time to say hello to the woman I love, yes we are married I love her and she at least puts up with me.

The people at Sammons are a good bunch, only one I don't like but that person is not here to defend his or her self and I do not back stab I will show you the knife.

Secrets, none but the old cliche of hard work, don't be afraid to tarp and keep the left door closed.
