Has anyone else had issues with samsara showing wrong hours or just not switching to drive status?
For example I'm parked and it just said I had 21 hours. Then all sudden it says 12 hours on my 70.
I've had nothing but issues with samsara and honestly I love where I'm leased but this issue is gonna force me to quit if it's not fixed soon.

Mine wouldn’t log in Monday so I went on paper. A couple hours later I was able to log in and it recaptured my drive time. Mine has always corrected itself the times it didn’t go to drive on its own. Been using it a couple months now and I don’t mind it. Wednesday there was an outage system wide.

If you can't log in you can use your cell phone as a hotspot. Use the device that has the app on it to connect to your phone for the internet and use it to log on.. after you start driving you can turn off the hotspot and it will auto reconnect to the Wi-Fi that samsara uses inside the truck.

My screen locks up and it asks to confirm if I'm a passenger.Im a solo driver.I have to restart the phone to get the times corrected.It does it late in the day a few times every day.Its annoying.

We have found that if you don't install the updates, the app doesn't talk with the ELD and your hours are "off".
You have to log all the way out of the app, then back in. Other times we had to just remove and reinstall the app to get it to work.
