I agree with you KW900Black. This company, Sand and deliver, are bad dishonest people. They did exactly the samething to my husband. They said it'll take them 45 to 60 days to pay what they owe him after he left because of them keeping his stand by time pay. Sand box had been paying them for stand by hours, but they were stealing the money from the drivers, claiming Sand box wasnt paying, when in fact Sand box was paying. They are thieves. I think Sand Box should drop this company, stop putting their name on the line with this dishonest company. Who owns Sand and Deliver? Either his employees are stealing or he's in on it too! SAND BOX, wash your hands of this company.
salazarjuan1982 Thanks this. -
I guess some of you have bad experiences...makes me wonder. I've been with them since August and never had a problem...the only issue was standby but I asked other people around and everyone was saying the same thing. Sandbox has to approve the standby I know because I personally asked someone at sand box and they said that. My opinion is if you work for a company and you don't like it leave. The ladies I talk to there seem to try hard and my checks are around 7 to 9k per week except when it's slow. Stop being CRY BABIES lol!

Sand and Deliver is a new company who is partially ran by a guy from lindale, tx who tried to start his own company, but screwed everyone over, and went out of business. I went in and financed his start up company in Lindale, Tx. He drained me and put me in a huge financial bind. I funded "Hyer Velocity" 100% and got put through the ringer. He is asking for insurance money upfront, because he is broke. Do not fall for it. He is a con artist!

7k to 9k a week what are you smoking Haha that's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while you actually sound like someone who works for this company they are dishonest people explain to me why dont they let you get insurance on your own insurance the "nice lady's" your talking about block my number when I was only trying to get some documents for my taxes and the still haven't paid me my last settlement.

My friend is out there on the oil fields. And the insurance is different. They run under a 5 million dollar cover policy. So ins Is a little more expensive

Don’t mess with this company. They are thieves . I sent my $2500 deposit but decided to not sign on with them , now I can’t get my money refunded. I should have seen the red flag when I went to get my tag for my semi and they didn’t have insurance for the company themselves.

Well guys....I was wrong...although some of you guys told me to run for the hills...and not trust sand and deliver...I did it anyway and got ripped off...they are a wolf in sheep clothing....it started out fine...money was right...assistance was there....the first thing the occurred was the no pay on detention time....whenever I asked about it they said that Sandbox wasn't paying for detention...then they started taking extra money out of my check saying it's being held for insurance purposes...for me.. that was the last straw...They THINK they've seen the last of me...they are wrong....

Hey kw900black. I called this company just today. She said I could run under my own authority and insurance with trailer interchange. She also said guys are grossing between 6500-14,000 a week. What’s reasonable for a weeks work hauling boxes? The flag for me was they want a 500.00 non-refundable application fee. Like to hear more from y’all that have actually pulled for them.

Sand and Deliver is a shell company possibly owned by Sand Box. Everyone operates mainly by email & text. Addresses to Sand and Deliver are fake and lead to shopping centers that all have UPS stores. A company called Sam Ryan Transport has the same US DOT number as Sand and Deliver, and it's the same thing with this company. The addresses are to Sam Ryan Transport is to a shopping center with a UPS Store. Sand and Deliver was not authorized for the longest, but they recently became authorized on safer.
I was fired for a bs reason and they never paid me my last check and they kept my escrow and chassis fee. Told me I had to wait 90 days to get my money. After 90 days they sent me a release contract and an insurance form. They told me I had to do this to get my money which was really me signing away my rights and protecting them. The insurance form is just a way of verifying your unit to make sure it's you in the other end. I ran under my own authority so there was nothing to verify. The form had a bs policy number on it as well. These are professional crooks. They monitor sites like these and everywhere on the internet. They got me for about 4k but I can imagine how much they have stolen from people over the years. When you are hired, the original contract basically says if you don't request your money within 30 days of you leaving the company, you don't get any of your money back but I played along anyways. The contract was slightly different for people with their own authority and people without. They also stopped hiring people with their own authority around June. I never had hopes of getting my money back but it was worth a shot. Even though everything about this company stinks, they are contracted with Sand Box Logistics. That's why I believe them to be a shell company for Sandbox because they don't have a valid address where people are.
$2500 without authority and $500 with your authority to start working for them is a rip off. If you are reading this stay as far away as you can from this company. They are scam artist. Expose everything you know about this company except the valuable info because they are watching the internet heavily. They have made millions from our ignorance. Don't be the next victim. If you've ever worked for this company the you know what I speak is the truth. I'm just attempting to inform others. -
Is it regular sand for them cement companies? Or is this frac sand relating to oil fields?
