Assuming you wired the antanna into the TV make sure the setting is for antanna not cable.
As for tv that can be tricky. What type of phone do you have? And what type of TV?
Satelite TV and/or internet for sleepers?

If you have home tv you can down load there app and watch tons of stuff for free. Not always live but maybe a day behind. I listen to tv shows all the time while I drive. I do have unlimited hot stop etc. I can also send it to my smart tv.
If you have dish or directv just order another reviewer and go to camping world they will install the in motion and not ask any questions

I went Tmobile plus one plan . Use as phone and hot spot . Connect to my smart tv and Laptop . I pay a little more than the normal
unlimited plan for faster speeds and tethering . $ 110 a month and I have even used upwards of 40 gigs one month . -
I have an actual dish mounted on the back of my truck. When I get stopped I use the setup feature on direct tv to find the satellite. Takes about 5 minutes and cost me like 5 a month extra on my bill at home for the receiver. The dish I already had. Cost me like 10-15 bucks for the stuff to put it on the truck. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll snap some pics of the setup.
As far as internet I use my phone as a hotspot on unlimited data. -
Been reading in to the unlimitedville plans. Any current users? I know it was brought up previously in this thread (I think) and am hesistant to pull the trigger on it just yet.
