Saving Money

I'm not all about not saving the company money but i don't know if you notice it or not its always the drivers that suffer. The shops cut back and we sit longer cause now they all got to take a cigarette break together, the cleanlyness of the showers, use to be cleaned two or three times a day now if we are lucky once a day and that is just to put the paper in it. Showers have mold growing in them not sure but that is a health hazard!! Shower stalls that use to be Blue are a Dingy white now. Yes that has a lot to do with the drivers also. If the shop is so backed up lets contract it out till we are caught up and then get back on routine. Drivers have familys to that depend on what we make out here what is $50.00 a day most drivers can eat that in a day.
