Scaling question

    check this out. A JB Hunt intermodal driver was asking me if this looked right... He is in a day cab.
    His 5th wheel is all the way back.
    Scale issue?
    No, he wasn't really really fat!!

    Something aint right about that. I'd ask the manager for a re-weigh.

    Maybe call the CAT number on the ticket & see if you could go to another scale & weight..??

    I'd say he had part of the drives on steer platform. He was driving a short wheel based day cab

    He was pulling up to the speaker putting his front drive on the first pad with his steer.

    Of course that's what it was.... Didn't even think of that... I've never driven a day can and didn't even think of that....
    But that's how ya learn!!
