Some comedian made a joke once about the state lottery making a new game to increase revenue. It was going to be "Three Card Monty", a game which had ZERO % payout...

 

The way they play the game is you win first 2 times. They let you use their money to get you interested. Than one guy gets pissed off and throws a fit saying you have to play with your own money. So take the money you won and run lol
