Looking for a scan tool for 1999 kenworth t2000 with a n14 cummins. Like to find one that tells codes for engine and body like abs. Anyone know of a good one thats not crazy priced?

Snap-on Store Blue point makes a decent one but it is just north of $2,000. As far as scan tools go its not crazy but if your looking for something a bit less expensive I would definitely check out an Autel MS906CV. I think you can get one for just under $1,000, and I've always like Autel's software. If your just looking for a basic code reader like you can get for your average consumer automobile for around $50, I haven't come across one yet.

ya im looking for one around 100 bucks. My friend bought one a few years ago for his truck and it told him all codes he had but cant remember what he had.

Buy yourself a cheap laptop, then grab a nexiq 2 head over to ecuforce.com you might have $1400 total invested but you will have full access to anything you want to do with the ecm of that truck, read dtc ,clear, diag, bidirectional, programming it's all there
