Scania has made a profit the last 80 years 2009 they made a profit of 300 million dollars 2010 scania made the same result in the first 3months!!!

 

monopoly? Paccar does well. I would drive the mess out of a scania. I am a local driver for Houston, Galveston (near Texas) I haul long timbers and poles for house pylings. There is not much of a market here for cab over trucks so the CO sold here are for big companies.

 

I am sort of curiuos what northamerican drivers think about scania trucks (and buses).
Especially those who have tried them overseas or elsewhere.

According to some other sites, those that bought them when they were sold in usa, liked them alot.

 

i don't like the way they look.

i see a few of them around the NYC/NJ metro area.


If they like them, then more power to them.

But i don't like the way they look. Give me a FLD, FLA, FLB, Classic freighliner, or mack cruiseliner, or GMC general and i'm happy. That kind of styling.

 

What does this thing (sling shot 2) have for a fuel injection system?

 

Some very big marine inline pump, I don't know the model. I have seen it live but I don't remember, I'm quite sure it was not Sigma(Sigma is not marine).

 

So looks are more important than function and efficiency? Can you say profit?
