    based on r730 ,

    pictures from: http://www.vlastuin-truckopbouw.nl/...ng-scania-t730-vaex&catid=54:nieuws&Itemid=57

it is on sale , price is 182500€ and it is even not full options, empty weight 9150kg

it could be done much cheaper here , because here scania is lot cheaper and labor is about 20€/h so i think it could be made for about 2/3 of money

truck have engine tunnel inside like normal R truck and back of cab have recess for engine.....i think for that kind of money even laxa could build it and make that better

EURO. Multiply with 1.3 and you get the price in USD

Your numbers don't crunch. At 1400 km 3 times a week that's around 4200 km. Would only take maybe 50 weeks to make 200 km. Do they replace them in less than year just because they make big money and want to, or is that all the longer they hold up?

1400km is in one direction , so it is 3x(2x(1400km)) or 8400km per week with 25working days you can count on 35000km per month i dont have an idea how much months in year is this job active but this seems to be possible to cover 2mil km in 5year

now you might think that it is nothing because in north america you cover more or this is normal but add to this that italy have very bad road infrastructure and some mountains and this kind of weight
