Teach 'em on ole' cabover Petes or Kennies with twin sticks... THEN let them complain.. or learn, and roll ~! When they get into one of these new condos and whatnot, ya won't hear much complaining I bet.

To the OP : At least no one was waiting for the bus, lesson learned the hard way. I had a few WTF moments back in the 80's..... 'course we weren't under a "microscope" back then, either.

What a place to get into, no way but a righthander. I'm not a driver so I don't really know, but would not swinging out more into the left lane help in turning right, kinda like a button hook maneuver.

There's plenty of other mega carriers out there looking to put fresh meat in the seat so don't worry about it OP

I learned to drive in a cab over. I LOVED it!!! Lol. Yeah, every bump hurt but I was young dumb and full of …lol.

Looking back, they were painful, but darn they were EASY to drive. Ha. There was a learning curve for sure after getting out of them. Turning on a dime was SUHHWEETTTTT!!!! I always look back at them with good memories.

But what do I know? I'm just a DumDriver;-)
