    Are they building a new terminal or something in Houston? We have been seeing more and more Tankers coming through the Salt Lake OC. One even had the pleasure of getting stuck in the snow in the yard LOL

    And then I did too :LOL

    I picked up my truck yesterday, one problem that I've noticed is that every time I close the drivers door my DEF gage stops goes blank for a minute or two then comes back on. On the upside my first load is going to a suburb of Los Angeles, a tick over 2000 miles.

    must be a loose connector? Seeing as how the def tank is right below the drivers door. Next available chance have a shop check it.

    I'm not sure since I dont have a def tank but running empty on that is the same as running out of fuel? Which can effect bonus and or raise , depending in line of business metrics used. BNot to mention the wasted time stuck somewhere waiting on big rig AAA!!!!

    I've heard that running out of DEF is a lot more expensive than running out of fuel. Luckily the gage does work and stays on going down the road. I'm just worried that one of these times in gonna close the door and it won't come back on. I was gonna have the shop in Gary look at it but they were backed up 4 to 5 days out.

    Is it bad to repeatedly send in a mac 17 if I'm sitting? What's the best way to keep moving? The reason I ask is that I dropped my trailer yesterday and haven't heard anything yet. I called and was told that if I don't receive a dispatch by 7 pm cst that I wouldn't get a dispatched till the next day at the earliest. I don't mind sitting I would just like to know if I'm taking 34 hr restart or not. On top of that my normal dbl is of till Thursday.

    Use the location of the closest OC or tankwash. Remember that it is new years and therefore loads will be slow in coming. Don't send a new 17 in as it just rotates you to the bottom. You want your 17 to he the oldest.
