I have owned a few flat tops. Nothing looks cooler than a flat top pete. It's not a problem to drive and sleep in a few nights but you don't want to live in it for months on end. me truck before this one was a pete with a 60" flat top. modern drivers are spoiled

 

I spent a half hour on hold yesterday trying to get a comcheck to pay for the dyno run on the KW. thats after waiting two hours after asking on a freeform and being told I had to call in. Last time I called in I was told I had to ask in a free form. Sometimes I just want to bang my head against the wall.

 

Workflow is getting better, but it still has a lot of issues to work through. It certainly has created more work for the office personnel, trying to keep up with all the TE's and getting the dispatches out to the drivers.

 

Was supposed to pick up mt off yard. Sent on wild trailer Chase for two hours looking for trailers. Found trailers all needed repairs or were in shop waiting on repairs. Spent about 3 hrs total on hold . Would wait for about 20 mins then connect and realize I was on workflow then transfer me to workflow cs. Did this about 5 times Friday night. Finally said fddc it. Called back Saturday and asked about mts available. Driver services said 2 at oc, gave me numbers and same numbers I looked at Friday night. Was not able to get mt, pick up load and therefore can't deliver load. Throughly pissed.
