Yeh, they were OUR company beta testers.

The rest of us, including the target drivers are STILL Beta testing the POS software.

 

My exact words were. I will send you a message via qualcomm. If I get no response.....I will wait for YOU to call me, and the load will be as late as it takes for YOU to respond.

I spent the better part of 5 hours on hold last week. No more, that's what the QC is for, communication.

I may get fired. But I'll be #### if I'm going to increase the size of my cell package again for this ####.

 

Speaking of target, why is a drop a service failure if delivered the day before? Man. Got to a ts across the street from the DC. Been here since 1400. Earliest allowed to deliver this load is 0400 tomorrow? Wth? Just bored.

 

Could b a customer request not to delv early.

As Moosc said, it's a customer request. I hate getting those loads.

I always try to run the math on them, see if I can work a reset in somehow. Can't always do it. Sometimes it's not worth it.

But, if the math works, and I'm on short hours. All is right with the world when I get empty.

 

There's 5 or 6 sni guys here at this ts. Wonder how any are dropping tomorrow at this dc? Think all of them were here when I got here at 1400.

What I'm wondering about WF right now, is when you write up your post trip for the tractor, how is it that they omitted engine and transmission from the list of defects? They have windshield wipers, steering wheel, horn??? though? Nice that they forgot to put in the two main components of a vehicle. I have a significant oil leak from the turbo and can't write it up, so put it under exhaust leak LOL and typed out the details. The thing is I normally wouldn't write it up, I would just get it fixed right away. However, maintenance refuses to fix the oil leak because it's a 2012 Columbia/glider and the thing is still under warranty. Maintenance stated "it takes 100,000 miles for the seals to set properly". Do they think I'm stupid? Come to find out that they have a 100,000 mile warranty and they don't want to touch it until it's up. So now I guess I'll have to spray oil everywhere, my tractor will turn into a black Columbia instead of orange, and I'll be covering my ### in case DOT shuts down the vehicle.

 

Target load delievered. Bback truck stop right across the street to wait for a load. Been an hour now. Let's see given 2 1/2 days to deliver 650miles and now I still wait on a load? Kept up my end from times on mac 18. Nice bright sunny day though.
