So i get a message about nats and etas today. Your supposed to update every day blah blah blah what ever and showing u did trip planing u should show 15min increments. And what do we put for a response to adjusting. Hell if i know if u do driver preference you docked performance points and it makes you look retarded. I saw screw it and not do it.

You mean a reason why u change your Nat/eta? If so I always put trip planning unless I'm late due to traffic but what's this performance docking pay you speak of

That is how will start get raises bonus or what ever its called. They call it a performance based pay. They have sheet with scores and the higher your score the more you and your dbl make. I saw mine in dec bunch weird stuff. A quick 5points have hazmat no hazmat you lose 5points. Your dbl is supposed to sot down and go over it with you.

I've seen people post about it and dbl had never said anything guess ill find out next month for that 1 year evaluation hopefully ill be on the bulk side by then

I'm a newbie and considering schneider after I complete driving school. Mostly it's there apprenticeship program that caught my attention since I am a veteran. I have researched a lot of other companies but would like to hear from those who drive for them now and not from a bunch of disgruntled ex-employees with posts dated back in 2004-2008.

Honest feed back on the company would be appreciated.

 

I'm not disgruntled. Between the new "workflow" system, and them not answering the phones. You can't get anything done. Give them a year to work out the new system. Don Schneider is gone now. They used to be a good company to work for. Just give them some time to work out new system.

 

Wow, just got support shift on the phone in less then 5 minutes. Must be a new record. Kinda helps that its kinda late though.
