Over the past two weeks, I called support shift about 2-3 days, usually 2-3 times the same day, after either 1:30 mins or even 2 hours I usually hung up. I have my phone bill to prove the "talk" time with the green bay phone number.

Same thing with sending a free flow msg through workflow, usually I resolved the issue by the time they reply - 2-4 hours.


But overall, its a great starting company to work for, can't complain beside the new system. Bugs and bugs to work out, but it'll get better soon, I hope.

 

Okie dokie. Tah starts tomorrow. Sitting right now for 1 1/2 hrs waiting on a ld. Would really like it if I could run around the state today, then tae a relay or an mt into obetz.



T his has now turned into close to 4 hrs wasted. If you don't have anything , ok. Let me go home. Would much rather not earn anything at home than sitting in a ts.

 

At the Dallas oc for the night. Anybody else here?

 

stuck in NC on a "special" P&G load, will be sitting close to 30 hours before I deliver, dbl sent a message that if we are on one of these loads to let him know how long we are sitting and we will get compensated......hmmmmm......we will see.

 

You probably should expect 1 day layover pay.

 

Finally joining the Pumpkin Patch. Orientation in Atlanta is almost done.

 

Anyone else have a problem with loads not showing up on payroll, after transitioning to workflow ???
