I wish I got a sign on bonus :biggrin_2552:. I still have yet to recieve any raises, or any bonuses......... I have home time coming up on the 5th, and during that time somebody has some explaining to do!!!!!!!

By then I should be 6 months in so I should be recieving my 2nd raise, plus all the back pay they owe me for the first one, plus I'm gonna be taken off per diem so +2 more cents per mile, and I'm switching to all 48....... From 26 cpm to 34 cpm, my paychecks should be a bit better......... If I don't get what I was promised I'm gonna be pissed, and SNI will definately know it.

You don't get a raise after 3 months. You SHOULD get a raise after 6 months and then after 1 year. That's not saying that you were told otherwise, but I doubt they would give out raises after 3 months.

In regards to the bonuses, you have to discuss that with your DBL. I've had to complain in order to get them, and since my stats are pretty good they gave me it.

Yep, my recruiter promised me a 3 cent raise every 3 months for the first year. I'll fight em until I get what's rightfully mine.

Yeah, there's no way Schneider is giving that to you. 3 cents every 3 months for the first year is 12 cents, that means that after a year you're basically getting paid 38 cents on per diem, 40 cents off per diem. That's more than a lot of 5+ year vets are making. Most of the people I talk to are capped at 38 cents, although according to Schneider documents I've read, the top pay rate is 42 cents/ mile for solo drivers.

In other words, you can fight all you want, but they aren't going to give you 3 cents every 3 months. Just not going to happen. The recruiter must be smoking crack if he/she told you that.

I was hired as a new driver.....was told first raise was at 6 months...as long as I had no preventables or service failures. I received my 6 month raise of $.04 on February 1st, will get another at 1 year.

Well, I talked to my dbl, recruiter, and payroll all on a conference call. After a long discussion and a bit of yelling I managed to get my first 3 cent raise and my 2nd 3 cent raise. I'm also going to be getting a check for the back pay they owe me. Im also off per diem now. But to top it all of, because of my excellent performance so far and the delay of my bonuses and raises, I was also given an extra 3 cent raise. So I'm now at 37 cents per mile with 2 more raises to come at 9 and 12 months! So hahaha, I make more money then some guys with more experience then I do. Nana nana boo boo.

Lol, I'm just kidding. Still at 26 cpm. I havnt talked to anyone yet. I just wanted to see how many guys I can piss off, lol :biggrin_2559:
