My DBL told me to call Support Shift tonight to verify they are gonna put an assignment on me since I am coming out of the house a day early. Been on hold 31 minutes already. You would figure they could put at least two more people on the shift.

EDIT: 39 minutes. Not the worst...

I am not sure, it always says to check with your DBL, but I will schedule it myself if I have a load running through an OC that I can take the time for them to do it then since I take my truck home so I can't schedule it while I am home. None of the shops I have ever scheduled one with have complained about the way that I do it, so I guess it doesn't matter.

They give you the tools that newbies need to succeed in todays ever changing trucking industry.
Boots, top notch time with a trainer, excellent benenfits after 90 days, friendly support staff 24/7,well maintained trucks/trailers,a wide variety of oc's stratigically placed for your convenience.
Unquestionable pay that far exceeds todays trucking companies,as well as state of the art cutting edge qualcom systems in all trucks.
    Still wondering??

it is your responsibility to ensure your truck is pm'd.

I park at an OC, so for me it is easy, I find my next PM date, schedule my time at home sometime around then, then send my DBL a message and ask him to please schedule me for a PM while I am on TAH.

I usually get a message back within 24 hours with the date and time stating to stop by the shope before I go home, makes it easy.

Don't know how the rest of you are doing but I've had a pretty good week. 2816 miles, havnt had to wait for a new load, received all my preassignments before I even delivered the load I had, and havnt had any workflow issues. Things seem to be improving.

2200 miles and pay is over $1200. Do the math.
