I started fresh out of school 6 months ago at 26cpm. I do from 2500-3000 miles on a good week. 1750+ miles on not very good weeks. Most of the time I'm runnig 2500+ miles. I do 11 western.

Don't you get a raise at 6 months? If so, what do you go up to?

From what I've heard is you get a raise at 6 months. I, in fact was told that I'd get a 3 cent raise every 3 months for my first year. I havnt received anything yet as of last time I checked my stubs. I also havnt recieved any of the bonuses that I was told I would get for fuel mileage, low idle, staying in route, stopping at assigned fuel stops, etc.

To say the least, I have some ######## to do on my next home time.

Actually from my own experience, don't trust everything a recruiter tells ya. There nicknamed head hunters for a reason.

I would definitely let it be known to someone. Keep us posted on the outcome.

Well after doing some checking around on crossroads I found out I was actually "hired" September 24th 2011. So I'm only a little over 5 months in with them. So the 24th of next month I should be getting a raise (should be getting a 2nd raise but I'll see about that). It also sucks because I won't be able to get off per diem until next month either. Without per diem I'd be making 28cpm.

This is how my current pay looks:
    10 cpm bobtailing
    10 cpm deadhead
    10 cpm loaded
16 cpm non taxable (all miles)
