    Good point.

That is cool. My teacher at the tech school said if any of us are interested in getting hazmat he would bus us all down to the fingerprint place if we got our paperwork done in time. It would be nice to get that money back!

I dont recall exactly what training dbl said. How long did it take to get it once you submitted the receipt?

    Rubberducky??
let me put it this way. BECAUSE I have the endorsement , I got this load I'm on right now. Nonflammable gas(CO2). 1000 miles to me(it will relay) on a 1440 mile load. with my carry over from last week , this makes it a good one for me this week. PLUS , I get to see some different roads for a changeup.

14 hour day today. 445 miles. Picked up a Walmart load with two stops. Got both stops done quick and on time and was about to deadhead up to the Portland OC for home time but got a call from my dbl. He wanted to know if I could do a huge favor for him. A new driver had a Walmart load and screwed up on his trip planning and didn't have enough hours to make his last 2 stops today and he wanted to know if I would be willing to relay the load to get them all delivered today. I decided to do it since I could use the extra miles and the short haul pay sshould help make up for sitting earlier his week. I had 4.5 hours to drive and 6 on my 14. I ended up getting caught in rush hour traffic in Salem and that ate up some of my 14. Got to the truck stop where I was going to get the relay and the guy wasn't there. By the time he got there I had 2 hours left on my 14. I got to the first stop with half an hour left. Unloaded and now sitting in the parking lot. Tomorrow I'll go deliver the last of it and then I'm deadheading straight home. No its ands or butts. I'm beat!
