Yeah, I had that for a while. I sat in 9th gear all day apparently. And explain how you can have top gear of 1% and 37% overspeed. Must have been a 10000 mile downhill stretch of road.

I haven't missed a single fuel stop in the last 45 days. Yet my metrics show 60% utilization, for the month of February.

I'd say the new upgrades are going to take awhile to level out.

The question is though. How many of us will be at the OC fighting for our quarterly bonuses because of these issues?

 

What is bonus? Nearly 2 years no bonus. The new bonus includes how many times u changed your eta how accurate are u with eta do u have a hazmat how many miles did u run

If that's the case. I'll probably be leaving if they don't get the software fixed. I've met the metrics required of me, and have NOT been informed of the "new" metrics.

With no way to edit the ETD. There's no way to accurately set the ETA and NAT.

I'm not going to be held accountable for some MIT dropout's short comings.

 

I know I'm new and all, but reading about the headaches and lost miles you guys have experienced , I should think the right thing to do would be to give the bonus to everyone that got it last quarter. or everyone period for having to deal with their mess.

 

I get mine 2 quarters out of a year. I lose it during summer, I ain't going to cook in my own juices.

If what was said is true, new metrics and all. This may be my last quarter.

 

When u adjust eta etd Nat you don't get penolilized if you use the correct reason. Put wrong reason and u get nailed.

But you can't adjust the ETD. Therefor, some NAT's will be incorrect.

I guess my ######## "reasons" will have to stop. I've been picking the first thing on the list, if it was a planner or dbl snafu.

 

We were told to adjust our eta,nat before starting our day.I also update at all stops.I often find it (work slow) puts in all kinds of nutty times different from my last update
I wish I had the time back I have spent poking at the quailcam trying to stay updated on workslow.About as useful as pizzin out a window at 62 mph.

 

Just tap in the "outside party delay" on all of em.I was told that was a safe option that wouldnt hurt your performance review.
