While it is true I have always wore a Schneider T-shirt when driving for Schneider, however, it is for different reasons than fitting in. I want customers to see me as a representative of Schneider when I show up to pick-up or drop off a load; not that the big orange truck does not tip them off. Also, black T-shirts do not show dirt like my nice Wranglers, etc do. In addition, it is more comfortable to wear the bright orange or yellow T-shirts than the regular safety vests at the yards that require hi-viz colors; more practical and not as hot. The hi-viz comes off as soon as I am outta there though.

With all that said, my biggest reason for wearing the Schneider T-shirt... should I damage my clothes while working, the T-shirts are $10 in the vending machine and my other shirts cost $40-60... there I admit it, I am a tightwad. :)

    hrtbr8kr Thanks this.

Nothing wrong with a company shirt. Im talking more about the guy with a.sni shirt, sni coatbwith 500 sni patches, sni backpack, sni hat, ten sni pens in his shirt pocket and his fingerless sni gloves.

Construction is a good way of being reminded just how out of shape you have become driving truck. I love building but its getting hard. I have had back surgery and i need knee surgery and im afraid by the time this cabin is done i will need shoulder surgery. Every day i work i have to ice it down and its totally useless for two days. Building is going to go SLOW

lol. I see those too... Hey, I guess they are proud of what they do and feel like SNI is their family. I see that as a good thing for them and SNI. It does not effect me either way. I spent a lot of time in various forms of the military and guess I just have gotten use to seeing people that wear their Esprit de corps on their sleeve... literally.
