So far so good. They had me switched over in a bout a half hour. Then it took another 45 min to an hour for the load to get input and sent.

One thing that tripped me up at first. HAd an mt on me. load is a live load. WF task list for pick up had in this order , pick up mt, drop mt, customer live load. What I found out is just click done( you will get a message about no trlr info input, disregard) to both and procede to customer live load task. After you complete work etc, it takes the unneeded tasks off your list.

One other thing, look at your NAT edit screen very carefully. make the needed changes.

Now , I swear those guys must have been union. They finished loading a guy that was there when I bumped the dock, loaded a guy that came AFTER me, then promptly went on an hour break or something. meanwhile my 14 is winding down down down. In the end , I made to this Independent TS here in Buffalo. Had hoped to get to Erie at least after loading.

Probably a Nutria. Looks like a beaver without the tail.

It'll get better. Then it will suck. Then it will get better. Then suck again.

Third load this week. Either late on p/u or late on del on all 3.

I'm really concerned about the impact this is having on customer service. And our customers.

    1. Load sent after shipper closed.
    2. Del scheduled (to driver) for wrong time. 12 hours late. Not good
    3. Shipper didn't have load ready. Load could have del on time with driver who had hours. No relay set up.

    I'm concerned. :(

I heard that that kinda stuff falls on the dbl's. this system ismore work for them. I dont see how its faster. at last not right now. A thought struck me, it would be nice if the MCP coul dhave tabs like a real computer. that way we could flip back and forth between say navigo,HOS and WF.
I need to get in the habit of making HOS my first stop when I get a load. write those numbers down. I have noticed the 11/14/70 will revert back to preassign times even after approval of edited/updated NAT or edited eta. Dont know about you , but I see where its important they know I will only have 10 on my 70 left tomorrow. Heres hoping they can route me home with 4 hrs left. I DO NOT want to sit again to gain hours just to go home. I see it as a distinct possibility.

That's not a workflow issue, that's a customer service issue. I mean, it's not like workflow just randomly hands out faulty work orders itself.
